Learn some more
about water, the source of health and life.
WHY IS WATER SO IMPORTANT IN OUR LIVES?
Water means life. It is the vehicle for:
- Glucose and oxygen to the cells;
- Nourishment, residues and mineral salts;
- It controls body temperature, amongst numberless others benefits.
70% OF OUR BODY IS WATER.
The water stimulates the kidney function, carries the nourishment
expelling toxins and replaces the energy, bringing balance and
health to the whole organism.
You can survive some days without eating. With no water, your
body will collapse in a very short time. Doctors recommend that
a person must drink between six and eight glasses of water per
day, as tea, juice, etc., but especially the regular, natural,
good old water, which means that one should drink around 3 LITERS
OF WATER PER DAY or 90 LITERS OF WATER PER MONTH.
If you don’t drink water regularly, you may face some uncomfortable
consequences, as:
- Lifeless hair
- Dry scalp
- Concentration disturbance,
- Being sleepy and feel lack of memory, loosing energy for your
daily activities due to slow brain blood circulation because
of the low quantity of water, turning the blood “thicker”.
- One can feel dryness in the eyes and internal mucous of nose
and mouth which, due to the low humidity, can become more fragile
and susceptible to infections.
- Conjunctivitis,
- Sinusitis,
- Bronchitis,
- Pneumonias,
- Skin ulcerations, such as acne, since toxins are not properly
expelled, via skin;
- Your hair becomes weak and starts to fall;
- Low saliva production;
- Disturbance in properly absorb vitamins and mineral salts,
exceeding in some areas and lacking in others, causing cramps,
numbness, lack of muscular strength and bone-dental troubles;
- Hard breathing, sometimes lack of air, mainly during physical
exercises, constipation and, sometimes rectum bleeding (due
to dry feces, hardened, which harm the intestinal walls when
moving internally), impotence or erectile mal-function, or,
in women’s case, excessive vaginal bleeding.
